We are currently accepting applications for the Spring 2025 Austin Record Convention! Are you interested in selling some merchandise? We'd love to have you set up! Anyone can apply - just fill out an application and decide how many tables you need.

Application Process
  1. Fill out an application at the bottom of this page, inlcuding how many tables you want and what kind of merchandise you have
  2. We will review your application and approve it
  3. You'll get an email with payment instructions
  4. You'll receive payment confirmation after you pay
  5. A few weeks before the show, you'll receive a packet in the mail with your table numbers, load-in instructions, and other information
  6. Make your way to the Palmer Events Center on Friday and set up!

Number of tables & pegboards
Tables are 8 feet x 2.5 feet and come with 2 chairs.
Pegboards are available for dealers wishing to showcase records by hanging them. They are two 4x8 feet sheets joined in the middle.
If you need electricity at your tables, an electrical outlet can be supplied by the facility.
Payment Method

You can either mail a check to us, or pay online using a credit card.

Text Message (SMS) Record Search

Our text-to-search system lets customers send you what they are looking for in a text message to your mobile phone. If you have the item, you can reply and we'll send the customer to your table!

We don't charge anything for this service, but please make sure to check with your mobile phone company because your standard text messaging rates will apply.
Dealer Agreement

You must read and agree to the following vendor notice and show contract.

The Dealer / applicant (undersigned) has reviewed and agrees to abide by the Show Rules (https://www.austinrecords.com/dealers/rules.php), Dealer Agreement (https://www.austinrecords.com/dealers/dealeragreement.php), the COVID terms (https://www.austinrecords.com/dealers/covidterms.php), and Terms and Conditions (https://www.austinrecords.com/terms.php) as shown on our website, attached to or otherwise included with this Application. The Dealer / applicant (undersigned) represents and warrants to Austin Record Convention, LLC that all recordings and materials to be offered for sale at the Austin Record Convention are in compliance with applicable copyright laws, as well as the laws of the State of Texas and will not be illegal, counterfeit, bootleg or obscene. This Application and Contract for Event Participation shall become binding upon acceptance by an authorized Austin Record Convention representative. Austin Record Convention reserves the right to reject or terminate this Application and Contract for Event Participation at its sole discretion.
